(except 10:00 AM in July and August).
First Day School
First Day School for children and adults is held at 9:30 am, from September thru May, all Sundays except the first Sunday of the month. Group singing begins at 9:30 am. Individual classes for all ages begin at 9:50 am and end at 10:50 am. Meeting for Worship begins at 11:00 am.
During First Day School classes, children learn about Quaker values, beliefs, history and significant Friends, using age-appropriate curricula, inspirational children's stories, and the Bible. Activities include arts and crafts, cooperative games and service projects. The adult class periodically decides upon a topic for discussion over the next several weeks or months.
Child care is provided during Meeting for Worship, with the children joining their families for the final fifteen minutes of Meeting for Worship. Child care is also provided during Meeting for Worship for Business.

March 28, 2010 - No classes at Media - teachers and students are encouraged to attend Philadelphia Yearly Meeting in session.
April 4, 2010 - Easter - No classes
April 11, 2010 - Meeting for Worship for Business - No classes
April 18, 2010 - Regular classes
April 25, 2010 - Regular classes
May 2, 2010 - Meeting for Worship for Business - No classes
May 9, 2010 - Gardening for childrenŐs classes, weather permitting
May16, 2010 - Regular classes
May23, 2010 - Regular classes - Last class until September
First Day School starts at 9:30 with singing, then at 9:50 meets in age-appropriate classes till 10:50. All are welcome.
